Second generation family member Ron is famous for wielding the 'Iron Fist', whether it be to Todd for speeding through the farm property, or Trevor as he backs into a shed whilst trying to madly get 10 jobs underway at the same time. Don't be fooled by the gruff voice, this character has a soft heart and is still a highly valued mentor when it comes to the vineyard. With many a yarn to tell, occasionally you may be lucky enough to share a red with him at the Tasting Room. If you do, make sure you ask him how he manages to watch 2 TV's, listen to earphones and read the paper all at the same time; it's quite a feat.

Managing Director and 'Master Number Cruncher'

3rd generation family member Trev is known for writing everything down "just to be sure". His analytical skills are second to none and, thanks to his 'one-liners', our weekly meetings are full of laughs. A wealth of knowledge when it comes to vineyard management and his 'bull-at-a-gate' approach ensures the job always gets done.

Sugarloaf Vineyard Manager and 'Cow Whisperer'

4th generation family member Ryan is fondly referred to as the 'Cow Whisperer'. He has an affiliation with the earth, nature and animals. His impressive veggie patch is something to be seen, and if you are lucky enough, he can often be spied wandering through his beef cattle chatting away as he moves them between properties, all on his own. As Chief vigneron of our Sugarloaf property, he enjoys experimenting with alternative wine varieties alongside brother-in law Todd.

Business Development Manager 'Brand Ambassador'

Married to the boss's daughter, Todd is lucky that his love affair with 4th generation family member Kelly began before becoming employed by TeAro Estate. The all-rounder, known for his unusual command of the English language, with such phrases as 'top of the wuzza' (top class), 'nervous one' (nature calls) and 'run through the rainlocker' (to have a shower), has built the brand to what it is today. We have him to thank for allowing us to share our family story with you.

Fay Fromm

Family Matriach

Known by all in the local community as 'Grandma Fromm', Fay is often referred to as the glue that holds the family together. Fay still has an active role in the business through the book-keeping. A tirelessly hard worker, especially during the days of the dairy, she is famous for her honey biscuits and fruit cup.
Barbara Fromm

Barbara Fromm (nee Bain)

Married to 3rd generation family member Trev, Barb keeps us all on our toes with her knack for playing practical jokes. Part-time administration assistant, she is also babysitter to grand-daughter Tiaane and a wonderful host for our weekly family meetings that almost always end up with papers, laptops, empty wine bottles, glasses and plates strewn from one side of the kitchen table to the other.

4th generation family member Kelly is known for her attention to detail and WOW factor for our TeAro events, all whilst balancing a babe on one hip and the management of our Tasting Room retail section on the other.
